Full-time Request Coordinator position - Wellington office
20/04/2017
Event Date: 01/01/1970 12:00

Hi everyone

With Tu'i's imminent retirement, we are now inviting applications for a full-time request coordinator for our Wellington office.  It is a busy and pressured job at times, so applicants do need to prove that they are able to handle sometimes quite chaotic situations in a rational, calm and effective manner.  Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, for example in a contact centre.  The job description is attached.

If you are interested in applying, please send a formal letter explaining how you are able to meet the requirements of the job, as well as an up to date CV.  Applications close on Monday 1 May, and we expect to interview later in that same week.  Ideally, the successful candidate will start work in mid-May, but the start date can be adjusted if necessary.

Please feel free to phone if you have further questions.

Kind regards

Robyn

How we can help you

Studies show learning is enhanced when patients are given quality written or online information to support their retention and understanding following a consultation or admission. The Health Navigator NZ website is designed to make this easy for your clinical teams to signpost patients and clients to New Zealand relevant information and self-care resources.
Topics can be printed and given to the person at the time, or wallet cards used to suggest topics to review at home. We also have posters and DLE rack cards that are ideal for outpatient waiting rooms. Order form here.
